Welcome to the original web site for the Waco Pond Society. After having much varied success over the past 10 years, at the beginning of 2009, the Waco Pond Society voted to implement some changes to the organization of the WPS to further its development and encourage membership growth which has declined in the last few years.


On January 20, 2009, the name of the Waco Pond Society was officially changed to the Heart of Texas Water Garden and Pond Society. It is hoped that this name change will reflect the broader appeal that the organization would like to attract. We look forward to growing with the Heart of Texas area!
